CODE OF CONDUCT
Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the "Code")
requires our directors, officers and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. As employees and representatives of the company, or any of its subsidiaries, we must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Sound business principles set the standards that guide in the conduct of Ravenhill and its employees in all countries.

Our Health and Safety policy guides our business practices. We require that our employees and contractors comply with our policy and always consider health and safety in our decision making processes.

Employees of Ravenhill will not render and nor be solicited or expected to render any bribe or other improper benefit, direct or indirect.

We will unless legally permissible, not make contributions to candidates for public office or to political parties or other political organizations.

Abstain from any improper involvement in local political activities.

We will consider relevant international environmental best practices in business operations when possible. We continually strive to improve business processes to reduce our environmental footprint.

We consider the risks associated with our activity and seek to manage those risks through robust health, safety and security policies and detailed training programs for our employees and contractors.

No director or employee who in good faith reports a violation of the Code of Conduct shall suffer harassment, retaliation or adverse employment consequence. The Code of Conduct is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise serious concerns within the Company rather than seeking resolution outside the Company.
