OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Objective

Ravenhill is committed to meeting its responsibilities under Health and Safety legislation as both an Employer and as a Company. We believe that all major incidents, occupational injuries and illnesses are preventable or if the result of extraordinary circumstances, the impact minimized with a robust Health and Safety program. Our health and safety goal is "no injuries and no incidents".

We believe that maintaining our reputation within the international arena as a company focused on world class performance in the health and safety is key to the sustainability of our business.

Strategy

We provide information, instruction, training and supervision as may be necessary to promote and ensure the health and safety at work of our workers and clients.

We have appointed competent personnel to secure compliance with our legal duties and review policies and procedures.

We set targets for Health and Safety that demand we continually improve our performance and strive to achieve those targets.

We will ensure we are proactive while in pursuit of our goals, constantly seeking to improve the health and safety practices of our company.

We will comply with all relevant laws, regulations and standards, where specific laws do not exist we will apply responsible standards and maintain safe systems of work for our employees.

Application

Principal responsibility for health and safety lies with the Managing Director / CEO and the board of Directors of Ravenhill.

The Managing Director of Ravenhill is accountable to the Board of Directors for ensuring this policy is implemented. The policy will be reviewed every three years. This policy applies to all personnel, contractors and joint venture partners engaged in activities under Ravehill's control.
